Return & Refund policy
Any returns are processed through our Print-On-Demand Service Provider.
As our products are printed individually to each order, we do not currently refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do refund orders that are damaged, misprinted or defective.
You can submit a refund request up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order.
From the point the request is approved, you must return the item within 14 days.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Your order must be unworn and in original, brand-new condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged, or returned in an unsellable condition.
We do not offer free returns.
We recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and proof of delivery signature. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded, as the return cannot be processed if the item has not been received.
We are very sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us at moodyboysclub@gmail.com, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible. Please note, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
